Enjoy, enjoy, enjoy. I sew on my 1936 Featherweight and it is my love. I dont know if I could sew on a machone that fancy, I'm sure I would feel like I am all thumbs. :thumbup:

Congrats! It took me 21 yrs. to get more than a mouse trap for Valentines Day (I finally got a dozen roses). LOL. It did serve its purpose though. We help each other out, so, ifi you still have the "old" machine teach him to sew. Tell him it's a tool, it has a motor, and a "gas" pedal! :D Enjoy your new machine!

Just recieved my Horn cabinet for my 820. I got the 3178 because of small room. Cabinet is great. Love it already and haven't done any sewing yet, but i'ts all set up.
