Working on finishing the binding on my D9P quilt and it's almost done. 4 others to do but went to LQS and bought more fabric because they were having a Superbowl Fat Quarter sale, groan. I am so weak :-)

I am working on a vintage baby quilt that belongs to my granddaughter, made by her great grandmother in the early 60's, maybe late 50's, and I am quilting my Lorraine's Garden quilt to put in the show, and I figured out the star strata table topper pattern from the tute, so I made one of those, and it is not snowy here, in the high 60's today

I'm not snowed or ice'd in but I did work on some quilt blocks today for a swap I'm participating in. Just doing a simple 12" block. I have to do 10 of them.

Just fnished the binding on a 'square in a square' picture quilt. Next project is curtains (ugh). Hope to complete them quickly so I can get back to quilting. Next project will be a baby quilt.

Finished some pieced valentine sachets for gifts, washed the knit jammies for GS I just made with my new serger, stacked his Thomas Train quilt ready to begin quilting and made progress on my seed orders. Trying to ignore super bowl and to stop nibbling crackers and dip!

Not snowed in here in Alabama, but it sure has been cold. Been working on a couple of children's quilts made out of my scraps.

Working on a table runner. I switched patterns so when I cut out the one I want to do, I am short some fabric. Oh no, a trip to Joanns tomorrow!

I did the same thing with my flying geese! - and they are handstiched too! Now I have four borders of white triangles on dark green...I am going to have to design a quilt to fit the borders!
It won't fit any of my ufqts (unfinished quilt tops).
I am working on a hand made 3D bow tie quilt ( sweet pea blossoms and fern batik ) for a donation to suport the art center, and since I know a nun in a hospital who always wants little quilts to give to sick kids, I am working on 10 of them. She likes the picture panel quilts - so some of them will be easy - just adding binding!
My problem is my new furnace can't keep up with the cold
that is very unusual here....my quilting room is 50* YIK!
...my hands get stiff when it is chilly, because I am eightyone, I think! Double YIK!
