Duckling, thank you for my block. It's so pretty! You did a nice job on all of them.

Let's keep the chat going... Most of us are either done with block making or close to done. So, what else have you been sewing since finishing? I managed to get two quilts done out of previous boom blocks, and have one set left to do. I've also been sewing clothes for my grandkids and some to go to Guatemala on a mission trip this summer. Now I am sewing big couch pillows that my daughter sells in her shop. She put in a big order this time. I'd rather be making kids' clothes!

And of course we want pictures! The second picture is a huge pillow in progress. If you've only been outdoors doing things or traveling, you can show us pics of those things too. Happy Summer!

Those clothes are adorable!!! How old are your grand babies? I will post a pic soon, I'm slowly working on my "Prismatic" quilt, and Month four requires templates, and I have two big sections left to cut before I can finally start piecing. I also need to figure out how I want to lay out my Elephant blocks from the last Boom. I have picked the color for sashing, kind of a teal color, but I've got to get those blocks going. So much sewing to do, and I just don't want to be bothered with boring life stuff!!

I started a double wedding ring with those templates from a Donna Jordan video. So far I'm doing a lot of "unsewing" !!! I do like the templates but realized my seam allowances were too large so I had to do a lot of ripping out. Sigh,.......
I've made pillowcases for my grandaughter and a skirt.
Lots of yardwork has kept me busy lately.............

I love those outfits, SBG- very cute!
