Working on this set which is my simplified interpretation of Marcia Hohn's Sunny Lanes. I wanted a large middle square to show-case the fabric. Glad I tried this one > I think it would be fabulous in lots of colors. This swap has been lots of fun and learning - THANKS, COLLETTA!!! :P :P

I sewed one side of the flying geese on all the rectangles and when I went to do the other side I found that two of the rectangles were 6" instead of 6 1/2"!!! What is wrong with me!!! No wonder I haven't sewn all week. Now I have to re-do two of them.

Already playing with layouts for the quilt. I have little HSTs cut off from the flying geese in my blocks that I sewed together into 96 squares and pressed last night. This is one way I could use them though I will need more of them. This layout would be about 62" x 80".
If I do another set this could all change.
