i have been seeing alot of you that want to organize your fabric and the fabic boards are expensive here is a more econimical way. it uses what is called comic boards. they are archival so won't hurt color or fabric. after all they have to preserve pricey comic books. they are 100 for around ten dollars. for more info go to:
smashedpeasandcarrots.blogspot.com

on the right side go down and click on fabric scroll down to second article

I to have been inspired by this board to get my stash organized so I called around to local sign shops and ended up buying coroplast for about $1.35 each, for the 18" by 20" size, brought them home and used my box cutter to cut them into usable sizes, I am still trying to get it all together, when I get it done, I will post pics. You get a bunch of boards for just a few $, by the way the more I look, the more fabric I find :D

Thanks...I have adjustable shelves in my closet that I can space to fit these boards perfectly. And good price, too!
