I had my mom and daughter run to pick up some more cabinets for me(enough to cover a 12 foot wall). I knew it all wouldn't fit in the cabinets I had...lol. Don't mind that there is no trim and the ceiling isn't finished, that's another project once it gets nice out.
The kids get the entertainment center for their stuff to keep it separated from my stuff. My 3 yr old is helping me put fabric in the shelves. Once I have everything in the room, I will organize it all better. I just need to get it all in there and see where I want everything to go.

I have found with my grands they want to be near me when they are visiting and I am quilting. I have set aside an area just for kids - and it really helps.

That is great!!! My kids follow me everywhere. It is nice for them to have a space to create too. I will be moving a kitchen table in here too for them to use and I will put my cutting mat on it when I need it. :)

Love your wall colors, especially the green! And your floors look great too. *jealous*
