Reminds me of watching old Julia Child cooking shows when she had a little too much bourbon to drink with the item she was cooking that required bourbon. It makes you do a double take and keeps you paying attention!

LOL...you are so right...she is just like Julia Child. They both are so much fun to watch. I have learnt so much by watching her videos.

A little showmanship/humor is fun especially when it's done with a little laugh at yourself.
I missed the video you put up the link for but did find http://www.quiltinaday.com/theater/scraps/scraps02.html and got a look at her doing her Jewel Box Quilt (loved the soft colored one she had in the attic), I really enjoyed her methods (ended up buying the dvd).
