Definitely a Japanese 15! It has a similar paperclip design in the center bed like the singer but it isnt the same. And the face plate is a dead give away!

But this machine is a really nice one and I love the Japanese 15's!! I like them better than the Singer version to be honest with you and my go to FMQ treadle machine is a Japanese 15!
