OOps, did not realize that you would need the Dear Jane patterns to do this, sorry.:(

I was able to pull up the PDF. Are all the blocks on this two page PDF?

I didn't realize that this would require the Dear Jane Book with the patterns.:):) Goof!

Goof again! I really should have explored this further. This is made with panels found on the Windham site!!

Now it makes more sense - that it is a panel grouping.
