The black/cream fan was a challenge at our sewing club where 4 of us each made 1 fan blade for the other 3 then made 2 blades for our own fans and then assembled them. Great fun not knowing what you were getting but special to have other friends hand work combined with your own. The Japanese brocade fan was an experiment on a rainy winter's day but a great favourite. Topaz-sapin
