We went and got a few groceries today and stopped at walmart to get 1 1/2 yards of fabric for a border on the Ants go Marching Quilt and there was an elderly lady in the fabric section and she was talking to another lady and she asked if I do any sewing and I said yes...and she said..I have about 8 totes full of fabric and I am going to sell it all for $1.00 a yard. OMG I WAS so excited so the lady gave me her phone number and address and "hopefully" Saturday I will be able to go get some. She said it was all 100% cotton. And she has yardage not just pieces.
And to think, I wasn't going to go to Walmart, but Joann's was closed.
