I found out last night that my brother has had an old Singer that my dad picked up at a yard sale years ago. Now I have it! I have to call to get the instruction manual.

Very nice. Did you get her knee controller too? I bought a model 99 on an auction, but she didn't have her controller with her, and I havent bought one yet. I like the decals on yours!! Very nice. I know you'll have fun with her.

You can get a manual downloaded online free at ismacs.

Breadbox machine? There's no model number so I was going to call tomorrow with the serial # to get a manual. No knee control either.

The serial number is on that little plate on the right front of the bed. That's all you need to find the year and model here. http://www.singerco.com/support/serial_numbers.html Let us know what you find out. I have an idea and would like to know if I'm right. Or post the number.

I downloaded my repro manuals free from sewclassic.com

It's a very pretty machine and your bentwood case looks good, too.
