Hello all! I joined this forum in the hopes that someone out there will help me find this fabric ( i am attaching a pic). I saw it on another web site but the owner of the site only sells the fabric in 6x7 squares. I am not a quilter and would like the fabric in yards. Does anyone know where i can find this? Or have ideas on where to find similar bug/insect/beetle fabric? Thanks in advance.

Welcome!

I can't help you, other than to say, try the normal ways with searches on the web. Can you get the fabric name details from the person who has the precuts? that would help!

There are some posters here, that might be able to help you as they are "buggy about bugs"! You might want to try a thread in the Main section ... and title it "Searching for This Bug Fabric", or something similar, to get their attention!

I will admit ... you do have me curious as to what you will be making. care to share?

Ok _ thats a start. The site that I got it from, she states that she doesnt write down the names of the places she gets the fabric so she has no idea. Sounds fishy to me. I actually have an idea. I recently bought an older collectors car and I want to make it my own by making my own sun visors and speaker tray, which is the flat part between the back window and back seat of your car. This would be a perfect fabric since I LOVE beetles, bugs etc.

Once you do that ... you will have to post some pictures for us. We're not all about quilts!

Check this thread

Perhaps check with the OP to see where she found the fabric and if she recognizes yours?

try Lostfabric.com - they might at least be able to tell you who has it.
