Different, yet interesting for sure. Almost makes my head hurt just thinking about putting one together! LOL!

I've taken classes at Quilt University for a long time, maybe as long as they have been around. I'm really enjoying this Fractal class.

Thanks for the info and feedback onQU classes, Ghostrider and Goldendog. I'm signed up for the sample class to try it out. I love online classes. :D :D

Also Sierpinski's Triangle and the Lute's of Pythagoras are very popular for quilt designs.

As with any other pattern, some of them I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE and others, not so much. I have too much of a back log now to spend the time to make one. They look very time consuming.

I find them facinating and some are out of this world, how did they do these! I'd love to see patterns for thse too but I don't know if any are available.

I am not sure if they are really a 'pattern' type of thing, though I suppose some of the simpler ones based on a geometric shapes could be available... I would create, generate in a program, whatever, my own then decide what techniques to apply to creating it- piecing, paper piecing, applique, FMQ, embroidery, beadwork etc etc - the possibilities are endless to create something truly unique. :-D
