Your wall hanging is beautiful!!!
I remember the Simply Quilts Program well, I have a UFO in my stash & still want to finish it! Your quilting inspired me, I haven't quit known what to do with it! I was so inspired that I bought the book, "Creative Tucks and Textures" by Jennie Rayment. Maybe now I will get it out finish it. Once again, I love it!

I think you are right. I kinda remember seeing that show too. And I asked the teacher of this class and she said that the women that created this technigue was from overseas. I do not know her name. Sorry!
That's appears to be a modified version of Jennie Rayment's pattern called "Daisy Delight. Jennie is a red-headed English woman who has a delightful accent and is super funny. My quilt made with this pattern was uploaded a few days ago - think I called the topic "A Rose by any other Name..." This quilt sure has some fun embellishments added to it.
