The thread was by Sulky, I believe it was one of the Blendables line in an Antique Christmas color. Sounds strange, but it blended best with the quilt. Greens, burgundy, darker beiges. It was one of my favorites that I have done so far.

I like how the stars look like they are blooming.

I love your color combinations esp in the star itself, it seems to light up. (rose and green being a favorite of mine, I admit!) Love the quilting design too
