A friend is going thru chemo and loves bright colors. Made this D9P and backed it with flannel, not batting so it's light. The hat is knitted and made of 100% cotton so it won't bother her scalp when she gets to the no hair stage.

this was something called Sugar 'n Cream and I think I got it at Micheal's craft store but not sure, could have been AC Moore as well.
