Geez, these are all so beautiful. And what i love about quilting the most, is isn't it so amazing how one pattern can look so different from so many different people. And yes, Jackie, your border on yours just puts a whole new life on yours, soooo pretty, all of them :)

This is the only one Irish Chain I made, it was a Christmas present for my daughter. She loves ladybugs, so the print is lady bug in many colors.

many colored lady bug squares, tied quilt

All of these Irish Chains are gorgeous and I am inspired to do one. My question is this: I can see that the single Irish Chain is a combination of 2 blocks -- the 9-patch and a solid block. right? What are the double- and the triple-chain?
