I bought this fabric about 5 years ago while on vacation. I was so in love with the colors. Brought it home and started cutting and sewing (my triangle phase) Then realized i didn't have enough for a big quilt and got scared. So i put it away. The other day i was looking for something and found all the pieces and decided enough was enough. Got it out and within a few hours i had a nice lap quilt!! I realized just how far i have come to not be afraid of any fabric any more!!!LOL

Ooh, very pretty. I like the colors, alot.

I also have batiks that I'm afraid to cut into. I have been collecting them in all kinds of colors and am up to 45 1/2 yard pieces, and I know the quilt I want to do, but just can't seem to make the cuts yet.

Yessssss....I've loved fabric so much that I was afraid to cut it. Just got over that fear this week, with my AB "Love" fabric.

A pure white canvas used to do that to me when I painted. I have a few paintings started that I was afraid to go back to. What is the worst thing that can happen? Fear really chokes us.
