Who has a Juki TL98Q and uses handi handles?

I need to know what model # handihandles work on the Juki TL98Q...I got a set off E-bay model # J2000...the cutter switch works but the on-off switch does not operate the machine....I am trying to figure out if they are broken or if not the right ones for my machine..thanks for any help...Pam
