Hi, Your sewing machine looks like my Kenmore that I bought on ebay a couple of years ago to have to take to quilting classes. Though I have a more expensive machine, this is the one that I really like best. I hope you enjoy it!

I have that same machine, and it's a great little workhorse!! I think you'll enjoy it immensely.

Love your foam board idea... and the boards are inexpensive enough for us all to try it out, right?! We should all try it and post the pictures back here.
