I finished these a few weeks ago. The T-shirt quilt was a gift for my grandson who LOVES Super Mario. It was my first t-shirt quilt and I used the tricot fusible interfacing, which made it nice and soft. It weighed a ton though and I hated quilting it. I was glad once it was finished. It was challenging to come up with a way to pull all the different color t-shirts together. I used lime green for various sized borders in order to get all the blocks to the same size, then a bright sashing of "Oodles of Doodles" stripe. Love that fabric, it's so funky!

The 2nd quilt was made from a pack of 10" squares (Square Deals is what the LQS called them). The pattern was free with purchase of the fabric and is called Hopscotch. I just love this quilt. It strikes me as a great cuddle quilt. I just stippled because it seemed appropriate for the pattern and fabrics. Not the best picture, but I haven't had a chance to retake it.

They are both great!

I love stipple all over a quilt! Especially when the fabrics are wonderful, as yours are!

LOL not as prolific as I'd like to be! Unfortunately, life is seriously interfering with my quilt making. I've only had a few hours a week to work on things lately. Looking for the day when things get back to normal and I can quilt on the weekends. I'm sure glad I didn't commit to lots of Christmas quilts this year. I've only got one planned and it's mostly assembled.
