I am in the process of orgainizing my fabric - refolding it onto boards to put on shelves.

Question, sometime ago I saw a dicussion about how to fold fabric on to boards, but they clipped them with some type of metal clips ---- Does anyone know what the clips are called & where you can get them?

HELP!!!!

I don't know - but I use straight pins - my LQS uses large paper clips - maybe that will help.

Several LQS here use hair barrettes, and clip them down. They are also called binding clips at Joanns.

I don't know the ones you saw, but my DH brought some home from Staples that I use.

I am not sure of the name of those, I have seen them before, but I just use straight pins to hold the fabric on the cardboard too. I already have them and they are easy enough to pull in and out as I need the fabric.

Good luck!

I've seen them in Sewing With Nancy catalogue but they are expensive. If you don't have much fabric it would be OK but I use pins could never afford clips for what I have.

The large plastic coated paper clips work well if you can't find what you want. Much cheaper also.

How about binder clips like you would get at an office supply?

Saw the metal ones in Clotilde catalog-12/pk for $6.48. Maybe you can get them cheaper with a coupon-they are called "PALS" binding clips
