Hello from "Almost Heaven" WV

I've been watching and reading this newsletter for a few weeks now and loving what y'all are doing. Recently I retired and had visions dancing wildly through my head of what it would be like.....I could see myself sitting in the drivers seat of one of my Bernina's and guiding my colorful fabric through the needle with the pedal to the metal. I would be directing my rotary cutter down the side of a ruler to slice and dice some of those fabrics I've been keeping in my stash. My outcome would be to see a finished item laying across my bed just begging me to take its picture......Well reality has set right in..........I've been sitting in the drivers seat of my lawnmower with the petal to the metal guiding it around this 2 acres of green grass. I've been directing my 'weed eater' down the sides of my driveway, sidewalks and fence posts. By the time I get the camera and get out there to make a picture it isn't so pretty but requires that attention again. But, fall is a comin' and I intend to be in my sewing room listening to the hum of a Bernina and reading all your tips and ideas. Hope everyone has a wonderful day....
