Thank you Izy. My niece is so appreciative of the quilts I have made for her family, one for her wedding, one for her son and now this one. She knows that they are to be used and abused by the little ones. I even put some extra fabric aside to replace bindings when needed.

I'm trying to finish up my Twisted Log Cabin wall hanging/quilt. I have been working on it for close to a year (I think). Things keep coming up (like losing my sewing room for the summer when my DS came home from college). Then the four Christmas quilts I needed to finish. Now I am in kind of a rush as I want to enter it into our bi-annual Quilt Guild Show the first of March. I am almost finished with the blocks, then add a small multi-colored border, then off to the LAQ.
Twisted Log Cabin, about 3/5 done.

Thank you Lori. It's all hand pieced except the circle in the center is needle turn applique. I picked up a bunch of charm packs at our local quilt show and they work perfectly for the petals. The dark green fabric is something that I picked up cuz I loved it and it works wonderful with this project. The striped border is from the moda simplicity line (was in one of the charm packs) and will be great for the border.....bonus was I found it on line for a whole lot less $'s then locally.
