I ground up fresh whole wheat flour and used onions and peppers from the garden.

Oh! That looks so good. Sadly, I have to go to a funeral in a few minutes and will probably have a bologna sandwich. Maybe tomorrow.

they are made in cake pans-so smallish.I always make 8-10 at a time and have them ready for fast food
