wristband wallet

Today on QVC, I saw a wristband wallet made out of fleece with a zipper on the top. I think this would be perfect for shopping, especially now as the holidays approach and so many women around here had their pocketbooks snatched last year. Does anyone know how to make these? Do you know where I might be able to find a free pattern? Thank you.
