I've quilted lots of quilts tops for customers this year but my favorite has to be the old quilt top my UPS lady owned. It was started by her grandmother and finished by her mother. When I shipped a quilt out, that started the conversation that she had a quilt she'd love to have finished. When I first got the quilt I was worried because it had holes and stains and was not sewn very well. Nothing was very straight, etc, etc. I left the stains but repaired the holes and did lots of quilting to flatten the wrinkly areas. Now that it's all done and delivered, I kinda miss it! So I'm sharing it with you today to encourage you to finish those old quilt tops, even if you think it's not great! It'll be great when it's done!!! Enjoy the pics, the butterfly detail is my favorite fabric! Thanks for looking!

So very pretty. I would like to make a butterfly quilt. I have some patterns but have to finish the quilt that I am working on now.
