It always amazes me. We have a weekly paper that you can list things for sale or trade or wanted. There is always a listing wanting: Free or very inexpensive antiques or furniture. Must be in good or excellent condition. And, my comment to self is always,"good luck with that one".

Personally, IF I needed more furniture which I don't, and was twenty years younger, I would trade my current GOOD sewing machine.
I've refinished and reupolstered furniture for years. The wood is probably mahogany. Stripped and refinished and reupolstered that set would sell for an EASY $ 1000. Place it in a consignment shop or the multi vender Antique locales and walk away. On-line is usless for this type of thing.
