My grandmother's sewing machine has a screw in foot. I just bought a snap-on 1/4" foot for my machine that bit the dust. Is there a "converter" type of foot so I can use the snap on foot?

They do have adapters for that. But you would just have to find the right one to fit your machine.

Check with your brand's dealer. I have one for an old machine I had, but I'm not sure if they are universal.

Go to www.chlohilde.com (think thats the right spelling) and they have the whole thingie you screw to your machine and then snap on feet.
