ok I googled the team's pictures and you are right they do have lots of purple and white with a bit of gold so I redrew up my quilt to see what you might think.

Cool so now it's off to the fabric store on Monday to see if they have the fabrics I need cause I don't stock white as I don't use it much and since I have used most of the purple I will need to get more of that, also the gold/yellow I was using is now all cut out so got to get more of that to.

Anyway, I really do appreciate you pointing this out and helping me along because I really want this to be a totally Viking Quilt. The only thing I knew was the colors from the little picture that I had.

Oh yea the blocks I already did will not go to waste either, I'm sure I can find another quilt to use them in.

I, too, like the third one. Dark green background and darker colors inward for the log cabin blocks.

My son also likes the Vikings. He doesn't seem to care that their colors are yellow and purple. He's 12 years old.
