My DH's Step Aunt asked me to hand quilt this top for her. the colors are really not some I would have chosen so I am finding it difficult to want to work on it since I don't really like it. But, I need to get it done for her as soon as possible. She says this is plenty of quilting on it. But, what do you think? Do I need to back my ears and do more? I don't want it to bunch up the first time its washed.

Looks good to me but I think you need to know the batting and how far apart it recommends

You have done a great job of quilting. I agree, the colors are a little dull but the pattern is nice.

I think I would call it good. The batting package should tell you how close you need to quilt. Beautiful quilting:)

No that is plenty of quilting, it will not bunch up and will be nice and soft. I love it, it looks like the 30's quilts. You have done a Great job quilting it.

Do you know what the batting requirements are? Some are just a couple of inches, some allow for more space... Without really knowing how far apart you've quilted, it looks fine to me, but I would check on what the batting requires... Nice of you to do this favor for her, though, in spite of your lack of "inspiration". :)
