    I am happy to be finished with them and I don't think they turned
    out too bad. Hope the ladies in charge of the event will be happy
    with them

    I cut the crown out of the hat and glued the brim to some felt
    Then I cut a circle of batting and fabric...sewed around the edge
    stuffed them and glued them into the hole that was left after I
    cut out the crown. put on some lace, ribbon and a flower
