Default X's and O's for Audrey--- Christmas present done!

This is the quilt I made for my MIL... just got it off the frame... OMG do I love this new HQ 18 Avante'. This quilt was put on the frame on Wed. night... I started quilting on it on Thursday night.... Got it done at 3 pm today. (Now, remember... I work full time... so I only worked on it on Thursday and Friday night and about 2 hours today.)

The pattern is from a Missouri Star Quilt company tutorial video. I added white Kona cotton and used some jelly roll strips I got from Connecting Threads last year at their Super, Super Sale!

The back is a sea of kitty cats.. which my MIL just loves.... What do you want to bet that she uses the back rather than the front. No matter... as long as she likes it I don't care what side shows.

I still have to put the binding and label on it but... the hard part is done.

I sure hope she likes it.

Great job, I think you mil is going to have a hard time choosing a side because they are both gorgeous. And the quilting is lovely as well.

What a wonderful job you did on this loving gift. What a special DIL you are to this MIL (smile). It is beautiful on both sides and I am sure she will love them both. Thank you for sharing.
