Default Handmade ornaments

When I first got married 33 years ago I decided to make a batch of ornaments and then each year I made more until I discovered Hallmark. The hand embroidered ones at the top of the first tree were made using a Vogue pattern and the felt ones at the bottom were also from another pattern but probably Simplicity (honestly can't remember that long ago). One year I was into cross stitching, then smocking and eventually I tried to do crazy quilting and went crazy with all the heart ones, table runner, tree skirt, bear and stockings...
More to come keep watching.

I love them all but the hearts stole my heart. Thank you for sharing. I always send my family in Florida ornaments for their tree. So much fun.

They are all very pretty. I give each of my grandkids an ornament every Christmas. Each one gets a different one, my granddaughter gets angels and they are getting very hard to find now days

WOW!! they are great. I did some smocking ones, like yours. I also did some cross stitch where you put it in little gold rings to hang on the tree. This year I have hand knitted bells that my mom made years ago. what a memory.

LOVE the teddy bear. Everything is so nicely done. You must have such good memories.

How pretty and what a lot of work on the ornaments. I'm sure they were all made with love.
