Default Opinion of Bernina 1260?

I have the chance of buying a Bernina 1260 sewing machine with all the attachments, and extras from a one owner for $450. I usually don't ask others for opinions on items want to buy but I respect the posters opinions on this board more then any other people.

I bought it. I found one on Ebay for $399 but without the extension table and some other accessories. That seems to be a good price if anyone is interested in a nice Bernina. It has the embroidery alphabet too! I guess I can always trade it in for a new Bernina later on. There is a Bernina dealer about two hours away so I can have maintenance for it.

I've been sewing on it now for a few months and I really like this machine. When it rains it pours. I got a call today asking if I wanted to go to an auction. I don't need another machine but I'm taking a friend who does. I could use the Horn cabinets though! [TABLE="width: 100%"]
