Can anyone help with where to find Harley Davidson fabric that doesn't cost an arm and a leg??

Good luck with that! I too was looking about 6 months ago ~ tying to plan a quilt for a good friend in FL. Finally gave up the Harley idea and went with something else.
Hope you find what you're looking for!

I too gave up finding HD fabric. I went with bandanas...got a little pricey. I did see some Harley-Davidson sheets at WalMart the other day, but I don't know if they were a very good quality fabric or not. I didn't look at them very closely, just noticed them on the shelf.

I contacted the Harley Davidson company and they do not produce any fabric at this time. I have made 4 quilts out of the sheet and I have been suprised at how well it has done. Keep in mind that it is not like high quality quilt fabric , but it produced a nice quilt. The sheet are sesonal and not sold all the time so if you find some you may want to stock up. When I get home I will post a pic of one of the quilts so you can see how it turned out.

I also tried to find the Harley Davidson fabric with no success. I finally decided on a T-Shirt quilt using Harley Davidson t-shirts with orange sashing and black binding. I also found some fabric with motorcycles that looked like Harleys and fussy cut the corner stones. It really turned out great. My husband is really happy with it.

Try E bay I think I saw some on there the other day.
I have some scraps, and I think I bought the fabric at Hobby Lobby.

Thanks everyone for info on the Harley material...I will let my girlfriend know that she's gonna have to go with sheet sets for her quilt if she can find them...I'm pretty sure she won't have any problems using the sheets
