Default I am either lucky or crazy or maybe both!

I saw a garage sale ad on Craig's list for here in town....antique sewing machines---starting at 8 am----well problems to take care of, I didn't get there until 11am....no machines to be seen. So, I asked. She said she had sold the treadle but had some portables in the house. Didn't want to carry them out if no one was interested.....so the end of the story----I bought them all----She asked $20 each----2 are 99's one with knee control the other a hand crank. 2 66's one does not have a foot pedal----the other is a red eye----and one a model 15. Whataya think? Did I do good?

You're as crazy as the rest of us!! I'da done that purchase in a heartbeat!! NICE haul!

I wonder how many went to the sale and just thought the machines were gone and didn't bother to ask?
