I'm trying to find the crunchy, noisy stuff that you put inside cloth baby toys. I tried the craft stores. They don't have it. Didn't someone post a link where it can be bought on line or the name of it?

I've made the book and used empty chip bags...just cut open and wash good. I've heard pretzel bags are the best but I don't usually buy pretzels so I just used the chip bags...worked for me.

I read also on someone's sewing blog that they use baby wipe packages and stuff like that.

Are you thinking of cellophane? It's often used to wrap gift baskets.

Yes, it was under the post # 16 under "noisy crackle fabric" by Magdelina. She gave a link to the American felt and craft that had it for sale. It was called crinkle material and they had a little bsket with roll in it. I think you could order it for $5?
