Default Kenmore model 158-1450180 ? Clutch problem

The clutch on my machine is locking up--after you rewind the bobbin it locks--what is going on-how do i fix-- H E L P!!

Take the top off the machine. You should be able to see what the problem may be. One time I had thread wrapped around the wheel and one time the engaging part had slipped out of place and was easy to put back. Do not take off the wheel parts as it is tedious to get back right in the exact position.
