EASY, Easy Stew.
No proportions needed. Brown beef chunks in large dutch oven. Add chunks of carrots, potatoes and lots of onion, cut into
rings. Cover with one or two cans Tomato soup or Mushroom soup.......do not dilute Cover tightly and place in oven or crock pot. Bake for several hours at 250 degree oven. Add a salad and some biscuits and serve.
