I just bought this pattern along with the giraffe "GerriAnn" and the pig "Miss Peggy". Are they hard to do? I don't think I'm experienced enough for mine to come out nearly as good as yours.

I didn't read all the posts but can only ditto what has been said. This is one AWESOME elephant. You think that your daughter will want it? Can't say enough about your quilting talent. I collect elephants and your ELLIE is right at the top of my favorite list. BrendaK

Just time consuming cutting pieces and remember my daughter traced them all for so that made my life easy. And to the question from BrendaK no my daughter doesn't want it, it is mine and going in my room. I went to antique store today and got an antique earring for the eye. Thanks again for wonderful comments.
