Default Quilter's idea of a romantic evening!

My DH and I have had such a romantic evening, crawling around on the floor. He helped me sandwich my quilt with Elmer's glue! Now is that man a keeper or what!!!! Lol! Just thought I would share that with you.

Sounds lovely. Yes, he is a keeper. I must say tho, that if my DH and I got down on the floor, we would have to call 911 to come pick us up! Hope you have good luck with the elmers. I have only used it for small things so far, but I'm sold on it! Let us know how you like it.

My BFF and I just spent part of this morning and all afternoon, replacing 1/2" cable on boat docks. We took turns driving the tractor, and untangeling knots. Believe me, I would much rather untangle knots in thread! Much easier! Cable is dirty & rusty, and naturally I had to get right in the middle of it all! Crawling around on the floor sounds like soooo much more fun.

I always thought if men, be they husbands, friends or significant others would have us wrapped around their little fingers if they ever realized just interacting or showing interest in our pursuits makes them very lovable. I have a male friend that offered to go to a quilt show with me this weekend. Earned him a lot of positive points.
