Default LQS going out of business

Finally made it to the Princeton, IL quilt shop going out of business and really didn't expect to find much at this late date. I was surprised to still find aver 4000 bolts of fabric. At $3 a yard my stash grew! Still sorry to see this shop go.

So sad when quilt shops go out of business and still don't have enough traffic to sell off their inventory. That sale would have made a serious dent in my wallet.

A friend of mine told me about the sale last week. Wish I could get over there, $3/yd is so attractive.

Did they think about selling the fabric online?

Yes, we did a road trip there too last week.....I am going to miss that store....it was a good reason to go for a ride....I am sure the other store in town is happy though.....I am planning on going back one more time before they close...no on line sale plans for them

I think we are going tomorrow followed by dinner at Prime Quarter -- should be a nice afternoon/evening.

Yes, it is very sad to see these quilt shops close -- I hope I didn't suggest that it was a happy occasion going to a shop that is closing. The nice part is spending time with DH.
