Default 100% polyester fleece hotel blankets

What would you use these for???? They are really nice~80 x 90 and 100% polyester fleece. Colors and ivory, tan and light blue.

    Could I use them for backing ? or batting ? ? ?

A lady I know bought a HUGE amount at an auction where hotels sell off their stuff~ I bought 5 and then got to thinking ~ these would probably be great for quilting! At $4 a piece, you can't beat the price.

Thanks for your ideas & comments!

I would think backing or batting--they would work well for either. Great buy!

I would go by feel to determine whether to use as backing or not. Some are not as snuggly as others. But all should work well as batting, even if they don't pass the "cuddle test".
I really like a soft fleece as combination backing/batting on couch throws. My family actually prefers them to quilts with "cold" backing.

My family all prefer the pretty top and fleece or something "cuddly,", my grandson calls ones with cotton backs his "cold" quilts because they don't feel soft enough to hug him! I would go for it"

I used them for picnic quilts. Some I used backing, others just the top & blanket.

I would use for batting, that would be very economical. Great buy.
