Default Pink and Green Chevron Baby Quilt

My best friend from HS had his baby, 6 weeks early, so I'm in a rush on this one. Luckily all they told me was that the baby's name Was Kristen Rose and that they picked the color green. and this is what I came up with. It'll get quilted tonight and rushed up to the hospital. Hopefully it'll comfort her and them until she can be released.

It is going to be lovely! I like how you included the rose colour for her middle name and her first initial in the heart.

Love your colors. Chevrons are so in right now, so it's a good choice. Don't you love the adrenalin rush of finishing a quilt on a deadline?

OMW let me tell you, I've bought the fabric, cut, sewed, trimmed, and sewed all of that Since Sunday. So I'm pretty happy with the result. I wish more were like this, because then maybe I wouldn't have so many UFO's lol. But yes love how fast this one came together and how much better it looks that I originally planned, It did take me a day or so just to figure out the layout and how I was actually going to like it, because I didn't just want a plain chevron. But very happy with the results.
