Hi everyone. I have been reading your messages for a while and decided it is about time I joined in. I live in Mississippi and have been quilting for 4 years. I love it! I have 7 - yes that is right, seven kids. 4 I hatched and 3 I gained when I married my husband. They are all grown up now - the youngest started college this year. When I started quilting, it helped me get through some rough times and now it is just an obsession!

Hi, Mareliba, welcome to the family! I'm So glad to have you join us. Everyone here is helpful and kind not to mention inspirational. We have alot of fun in our chats, you should check those out. Wow! 7 kids? I can imagine how busy you are! How do you find time to quilt? LOL (laugh out loud). Feel free to post any questions or comments you may have. If you have any pictures of your work we'd love to see them.

Standing beside you on that one. As caregiver to my departed DMIL-Alz. for 7 years it was my mental therapy too and now the pretties just follow me wanting to play.
