You got your answer pretty quickly!! I thought it was Arkansas Crossroad too.

Yes, it looks just like an Arkansas Crossroads, except for those corner units. Of course, the quilter could have just added them for color/decoration. I like the one on Pinterest, and see how you could follow the blocks easily enough for the layout.
