Default Gray Flowers with Freestyle quilting by Charisma

I got this quilt kit on sale December 2012....guess how long it took me to piece this simple quilt that I HAD to have because it was on sale? December 2013. Yeah...how many of us do that? That's why I am on a fabric fast this year.

It's a simple quilt...but fun to put together. I knew the busy nature of the fabrics wouldn't show any of my quilting very well.....so I put a solid gray on the back and did freestyle quilting. So the back would showcase my quilting really well. quilters love that!
It's fun to have no pressure....no real design just go with the process and see where it takes you.

I used Hobbs polydown batting and a gray metro thread. So it sparkles a bit. I love a bit of sparkle!
Thank you so much for looking!
Blessings

Your quilt is beautiful and of course your quilting is out of this world! All of your work is top notch...ask me how I know.

It's a very pretty quilt, and I love the colors. It has a serene look to it which is so calming.
