Default A Really “Mobile” Hand Crank Sewing Machine

Here’s a cool handcrank sewing machine on a scooter (Singer calls the scooter a “Truck”), a Singer 11W6 used for scooting around in a factory sewing straps and belting together end-to-end. It just closed on that auction site with no bids. I’d love to have it, but I don’t know where I’d put it or what I would use it for....

I like the scooter part!

Cool! That would be great if you want to spend part of your sewing time by yourself, and part of the time in front of the TV...

I like that thing. That truck looks like something that would be fun to make.

As for that machine, is the gold color original and what besides belts could you use it for?

After studying that machine I realized it's very similar in shape and design to the 9W-7. I'll wager it turns backwards too.

I want one, I want one, I want one! I wonder if DH would give up all his space in the house so I would have room for it???

That looks like such a cool set up. Will have to watch for one out here in the west.
